Currently, purchases made on wolfordshop.it can only be shipped to Italy. Customers living abroad can order through the country-specific online shops. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days (this indication is for information purposes only). Deliveries are made from Mondays - Fridays, on weekends and on public holidays there are no deliveries. Keep in mind that deliveries are made during normal working hours, it is therefore a good idea to use a delivery address where someone can collect the parcel.

We are not shipping to Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Città del Vaticano.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
    You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
  • CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail with further details on the delivery date. In this e-mail you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
  • WHEN PLACING MULTIPLE ORDERS, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR EACH ORDER?
    If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs it is always free of charge. However, if you have selected "Express Delivery", you must pay the costs for each individual order. Furthermore, once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.
  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
    We will deliver to any location in the country that each online shop serves. Unfortunately we cannot deliver packages internationally. Please find the online shop that serves the country where you would like your package shipped in order to avoid confusion.
